Know you have pelvic floor dysfunction, but don’t have a physical therapist locally to help you? Or do you have a therapist locally working with you, but you’re not making progress? Or do you just want another opinion from another set of eyes? Schedule a coaching session!

Coaching sessions are one-on-one with the therapist for a full hour. These coaching sessions include a full subjective intake assessment as well as a visual movement assessment and a guided orthopedic and pelvic floor examination to examine your deficits from afar. During these virtual coaching sessions, your therapist will utilize your hands to guide you through different assessments to better understand your symptoms. They will then help to explain your symptoms, develop an assessment, and provide education, tools and resources tailored to you and your treatment goals.
